簡介	《Airiti Library 華藝線上圖書館》為華藝數位股份有限公司整合各學門領域之學術期刊、學位論文、會議論文的線上全文服務資料庫，可整合查詢「CEPS中文電子期刊服務」及「CETD中文電子學位論文服務」兩大資料庫。『CEPS中文電子期刊服務』：收錄1991年起，台灣及中國出版的學術文獻，另納入美國、香港、馬來西亞等國出版之中英文期刊，收錄內容以各式指標如: A&HCI、SCI、SSCI、EI、TSSCI、CSSCI、CA、Medline、中國科技引文、中文核心期刊要目總覽為依據，主題範圍涵蓋人文學、自然科學、社會科學、應用科學、醫學與生命科學等五大類。『CETD中文電子學位論文服務』：以中文為主要語言類別，收錄國內外多所大專院校之碩博士論文，收錄年代由2004年起至今。成功大學博碩士論文請連結「成功大學博碩士論文系統」，校外連線請設定VPN。 1. 能否瀏覽資料庫中之學位論文全文，須視作者是否有授權。若為作者有授權者，即可於線上下載全文；若作者未授權，則僅能瀏覽書目資料。 2. 閱讀全文請先下載安裝Adobe Reader軟體，安裝完成後，點選資料庫中所需論文之「全文下載」選項，即可瀏覽全文。 3. 提供下載全文之論文與期刊，在「全文下載」選項後會顯示下載點數，例如:全文下載(150點)，該點數是提供給個人訂戶使用的，本校為團體訂戶，已設定為IP管控使用，因此可直接點選下載，不需再另外支付點數。 4. 「部分學校」之學位論文全文並未授權於此資料庫中下載瀏覽，故無法直接從資料庫中下載全文。若需閱讀該些學校之學位論文全文，請參考部分學校論文全文下載說明。

簡介	《CiNii》是由日本國立情報學研究中心(National Institute of Informatics)所製作之電子資料庫平台，提供各機關學校及個人能上網讀取日本各大學研究紀要、研究論文、各學(協)會刊物及專業雜誌論文等。收錄主題包括人文科學、法律、經濟學、理學、工學、農學、醫學等日文期刊(Journal)或大學學刊(Bulletin)，現已收錄超過1250萬筆資料，其中約320萬筆直接附有全文，另廣納多種管道串聯外部全文，主要資料來源如下： ● NII-ELS：全名Electronic Library Service，由NII製作，收錄日本300個學會的7000種學術期刊，以及來自800所大學院校的5800種大學學刊，總文獻量超過350萬筆。提供全文或摘要，部分標示“有料”全文需額外加入會員付費觀看。 ● CJP：全名Citation Database for Japanese Publications，由NII製作，選錄NII-ELS資料庫中，約1700種自然科學領域的學術期刊，將各篇文章的參考文獻建檔，提供這些文獻間引用、被引用關係的查詢，參考文獻回溯年份不一，最早回溯至1992年。 ● NDLJPI：日本國家圖書館製作的期刊文獻資料庫，收錄近2萬種全國學術期刊、大學學刊、以及來自核心出版社的專業雜誌，總文獻量超過770萬筆，僅提供書目資料。 ● JAIRO：由NII製作，整合日本超過130所大學之機構典藏系統，資料量超過77萬筆。CiNii收錄JAIRO內93個單位中期刊、學刊類型中附有全文的資料，總文獻量超過33萬筆。 ● J-STAGE、Journal@rchive：由Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST)製作，收錄超過500種日本各領域之公開取用電子期刊，部份經JST同意的文獻會被收錄於CiNii中，總文獻量約9萬筆。 ● 其他全文管道：部分資料透過CrossRef、醫中誌等管道作全文串聯，但能否開啟全文則視所在單位是否具使用權而定。＊僅限本校訂購之範圍可下載全文，未訂購者無授權

簡介	《台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統》原為《全國博碩士論文資訊網》，為教育部委託國家圖書館執行的專案計畫，回溯國內博碩士論文相關資料整理工作的投入，國家圖書館早在民國59年起即著手編印「中華民國博士碩士論文目錄」，自民國83年以來，國家圖書館正式接受教育部高教司之委託，執行「全國博碩士論文摘要建檔計畫」。86年9月提供Web版線上檢索系統，民國87年9月在教育部的經費支援之下，順利開發完成「全國博碩士論文摘要檢索系統」。民國89年2月於原有之「全國博碩士論文摘要線上建檔系統」當中，新增電子全文上傳與電子全文授權書線上印製之功能，進一步地整合既有之「全國博碩士論文資訊網」線上資料庫共建共享服務。為了進一步提昇服務效能，國家圖書館除了在民國93年推出「全國博碩士論文資訊網」第二代系統之外，有鑑於近年來國內免費開放利用之學位論文電子全文授權率逐年下降，以及為配合各階段學術研究之需求，國家圖書館積極規劃、設計與建置加值型學術研究支援功能，於民國98年12月起開發新一代的學位論文服務平台，並自民國99年6月10日起，進行新舊博碩士論文系統轉換。同時，為更符合本資料庫所收錄之資料係以臺灣各大學校院之博碩士論文為主，國家圖書館第三代學位論文系統亦正式更名為「台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」。民國99年6月10日起將進行新舊系統轉換，轉換期間新版「台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」將與舊有之「全國博碩士論文資訊網」展開平行作業，除98學年度全國各校研究生線上建檔，以及資料查核仍維持在舊系統完成作業之外，「全國博碩士論文資訊網」將不再新增或修改資料，而改由「台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」接續提供讀者博碩士論文相關之查詢服務。 ※ 「全國博碩士論文資訊網」於民國99年9月15日起停止服務，自99學年度第一學期起，全國各校院研究生線上建檔以及資料查核均改由「台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」接續提供服務。 ※ 如何下載論文電子全文： 1. 若研究生有授權，在論文簡目中會有「電子全文」標示，註冊後即可下載電子全文；若研究生沒授權則須至有典藏該論文之圖書館借閱，無法取得論文電子全文。另外，部分有標示「博碩士全文影像檔(限館內使用)」之論文則僅限國家圖書館館內使用。 2. 下載全文請先自行註冊帳號密碼，註冊完成後，輸入帳號密碼登入，再點選所需論文之「電子全文」選項，即可下載。《請注意，電子全文僅授權使用者為學術研究之目的，進行個人非營利性質之檢索、閱讀、列印。請遵守中華民國著作權法之相關規定，切勿任意重製、散佈、改作、轉貼、播送，以免觸法。》 3. 此系統提供之電子全文係 WinZip 壓縮檔，以提供離線閱覽為目的，使用前請先以 WinZip 軟體解壓縮(下載WinZip解壓縮軟體)。
