Introduction	《中國工具書網路出版總庫》（簡稱《工具書總庫》）集精准、權威、可信於一身，是超大型的中文工具書線上檢索平臺。由中國學術期刊（光碟版）電子雜誌社出版研製發行，是《中國知識資源總庫》的重要組成部分，更是“十一五”國家重大網路出版專案、“十一五”國家重點電子出版物規劃選題。《工具書總庫》與上海辭書出版社、商務印書館、中華書局等300餘家出版社長期合作，彙集了1.2萬餘部工具書，約2000萬詞條，300餘萬張圖片。自2006年3月立項至今，《工具書總庫》的用戶已遍佈全球，日均檢索量達100萬次，成為人們在書山探寶、學海求知的重要工具，也是海外學者研究中國問題、瞭解中華文化的快捷通道。產品特點 1.內容來源權威可信。收錄的工具書都是權威專家編纂、出版社正規出版的工具書，讀者可以放心引用參考。 2.數據豐富、體系完整，資源覆蓋各學科、各領域。 3.基於全文數位化的高效檢索。產品對紙書內容進行了全文數位化，配合高效的全文檢索系統，突破了傳統工具書在檢索方面的局限性。 4.數據深度挖掘。開發了圖片、表格等特色搜索功能，幫助讀者更好地利用工具書。 5.知網節相互關聯。與知網學術期刊、博碩學位論文、會議論文、報紙、年鑒等產品之間建立了鏈接，實現了不同資料庫內相關條目的跳轉閱讀，幫助讀者建立全面的知識網路。 6.本次升級亮點有：（1）資源多維度精准定位：增加資源特色類型導航、行業導航，更易發現有價值的工具書資源。（2）詞條內容知識圖譜化：增加條目內容的知識擴展，使用知識圖譜的方式擴展詞條的語言知識、相關詞知識。（3）引證文獻分析拓展：增加工具書的參考/被引網路分析圖，對用戶科學使用工具書具有極高的參考價值。（4）提升資源檢索完整度：增加欄目、附錄、關鍵字檢索功能，使資源檢索更加多元化，同時保證資源利用的完整度。（5）提供免費增值服務：增加字詞翻譯、成語接龍、猜謎語、格言諺語的特色功能，基於資源XML結構化挖掘的基礎上，為用戶提供更具特色的服務。
